To achieve this goal, we aim to establish close collaboration with local hairdressers and pharmacists. Your frontline role makes you ideal partners for identifying and referring patients to specialized treatments.

Causes of Hair Loss

Androgenetic

Hair loss due to genetic and hormonal factors.

Traction

Hair loss caused by hairstyles that excessively pull on the hair.

Cicatricial

Hair loss resulting from scalp injuries or diseases that cause scarring.

Types of Treatments

Medical Treatments:
- Androgenetic and Traction Alopecia: Medications to stop and delay hair loss.
- Cicatricial Alopecia: Comprehensive care to treat and improve the condition of the scarred scalp.
Hair Surgery:
- Androgenetic and Traction Alopecia: The most effective method.
- Cicatricial Alopecia: Generally ineffective due to scarring.

How the Collaboration Works

1. How the Collaboration Works

We will provide you with promotional materials (both physical and digital) to help inform your clients and patients about our services and the benefits of consulting with Hair Treatment Agency & New Hair Graft.

2. Identification and Referral

Presentatation

When you notice a client or patient suffering from hair loss, talk to them about our services and encourage them to consult our experts.

Analyze

Suggest they take photos (face with head covered, and top, left side, and right side of the head) and send them to us via our professional WhatsApp number, along with their name and contact number (preferably WhatsApp). We will analyze their case within half an hour and send our initial impressions and an approximate quote.

Treatments

If the patient wishes to proceed with the treatments and the price fits their budget, we invite them for a microscope consultation to provide a detailed diagnosis and a personalized quote.

Patients have two treatment options:

Medical Treatment: Protein infiltrations for Rs 8000, combined with medications provided by partner pharmacists.
Hair Surgery: Prices range between Rs 70,000 and Rs 130,000. A 12-month medical follow-up, with patients being referred to partner pharmacists for their medication.

3. Referral Tracking + payment

Referral Tracking: We will send a monthly report of referred patients and the treatments they have received to ensure that your referrals are acknowledged and that you receive the agreed percentage for each treatment initiated through your recommendation.

Payment: Commission (7%) payments are made between the 5th and 10th of the following month, based on the first treatment taken by each patient.

Revenue Projection Table for Partners

The commission is 7%. Here is an annual revenue projection based on the number of referred patients (per year) :
